Lifestyle changes are a marathon not a sprint so take this week with a grain of salt if you had a set back. You didn’t fail. You only fail if you don’t continue.

Transformation Tuesday

Huge shoutout to my client for these crazy results in just 4 weeks 😳🤯

Between these two pictures there is a 6lb weight difference which goes to show you that the scale is very deceiving. FAT LOSS does not always mean WEIGHT LOSS.

Making the diet sustainable and PRIORITIZING PROTEIN leads to muscle retention and can lead us to even building muscle in the early stages of our transformation!

Movement Monday

Losing weight you always hear you have to exercise and be consistent with your diet which is true BUT one thing that is always over looked is just MOVEMENT!

MOVEMENT doesn’t have to be exercise. It can be talking a short walk while on a phone call, cleaning the house, playing with your kid/pets, anything that takes place in our day to day without realizing it.

Sitting a desk all day destroys our bodies so little movements throughout the day helps tremendously on our transformation journey!

Happy Tuesday!!

Did you set yourself up for success this week to ensure no set backs? Being prepared nutrition and exercise wise can keep you on track 99.9% more than if you constantly go into the week and wing it!

Don’t forget to add in the fun things in life. Not everything has to be so strict that you cut yourself off from living your best life!

Also it’s TACO TUESDAY so enjoy so tacos. Tacos are so easy to create macro friendly so get creative with them!!!

Have structure so you can get the best results possible!

As a coach this is what I preach to my clients. If you can follow these and stay in your lanes for what you need to do to accomplish your goals it will be “easy”.

-Your diet has to be sustainable! Eat foods you live in moderation and make the right adjustments to the ingredients to help them fit even more in line with your diet. PRIORITY PROTEIN and hit your calories.

-Just like everything else in your life. If you make it a priority you can achieve it. If it’s on the back burner you will fail 🤷🏼‍♂️

-DRINK YOUR DAMN WATER. People always say it’s so hard to drink that much water but can drink that in other liquids. It’s an excuse that can be holding you back. So many benefits of drink the appropriate amount of water.

-Prioritize sleep. You don’t need to wake up an hour earlier to do fasted cardio if you are only at 5-6 hours of sleep. The sleep will be more beneficial for your body than the cardio at the time. SLEEP!!

-Lastly, have freaking fun. Enjoy life, hang out with friends, travel, DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. Establish a plan and stick with it while out. Sacrifices will be made sometimes but that’s how we create freedom on other days!!

DO NOT LET FEAR DETERMINE YOUR LIFE!! Trying to achieve personal goals are not easy but quitting and let fear stop you from starting or succeeding is extremely easy!

It’s time to take control of your life and stop letting your own mind stand in the way.

Perspective can hold you back!

We see people success and think to ourself……

“man that must be nice”
“I wish I could do that”
“God me give their luck”

The reality is they had to start where you have to start as well and that’s taking a leap of faith in yourself to achieve their goals! Whether it’s weight loss or career everything is “new” or a “beginner” when they start!

It’s what lies within YOU aka under the water is what separates success and “failure”.

At the end of the day you and only you can decide if you want to be/do with your life. Everyone has obstacles so we can’t use that as an excuse.

STOP MAKING EXCUSES! FIND A WAY AND MAKE IT HAPPEN!

It all starts from within! Change your mindset and it could change your life!

You can’t start a new journey in life with the mindset that led you to the position you’re in that you want to change! You will end up right back where you are!

It’s not easy and no one else can do it for you! Stop looking at others and take a look in the mirror! You have all the tools to succeed so use them the right way!!
