At ALIVE, every class has its own energy.
Big Bang’s energy is immersive, fluid and powerful. The warmth, humidity and continuous movement pull you into the flow, creating a rhythm that keeps you present from one posture to the next.
It’s challenging without being intimidating. Some days you’ll push a little more. Other days you’ll pull back. The sequence stays familiar, but the class can feel different every time.
If you’re looking for a class that gives you a little bit of everything, start here.
Swipe to see what to expect from Big Bang and when it might be the right class for you.

Seema’s ALIVE story started long before she became a teacher. 💚
She took her first class with us in 2009 and joined the team nine years later.
Since then, she’s continued doing what she’s always loved — learning. Seema is a lifelong student of yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork and energy healing, and she brings that curiosity into the way she teaches and connects with the people in her classes.
You can find Seema teaching throughout the week and on weekends at ALIVE Las Colinas, and if you haven’t experienced one of her special classes yet, her next one is coming up Sunday, September 13 at noon.

Stop waiting for the perfect month to start your 30 day trial.
The whole point is to see if ALIVE fits your real life.
Give us your busy weeks, schedule changes, the days you make it to class and the days you don't.
See what it's like when work runs late, your schedule changes, you only have time for a 15 minute class, and when you suddenly have time for a back-to-back.
If ALIVE fits into a month like that, you'll know it can fit into almost any month.
