Reformers are spaced 6 feet apart and all equipment / props are cleaned after every session to allow for a safe workout environment!

Here is another great 30 minute Pilates Mat workout you can do at home while the studio is closed. This one uses a stretch band or tubing, but you will still get a great workout even without it. Some of our favorite reformer exercises can be simulated with the use of the band....side lying legs, circles and clam shells. I promise you will feel the burn!! Courtesy of Balanced Body, Inc.
