Let's start May off with a great start! Cool thing about our life is we can start over everyday or week or month. If you have been not eating healthy or not working out as much or just been in a negative funk..? Then today is the day to change that. So I want to do a challenge sigh everyone who is following this page... each day let's say something nice about ourselves while we get ready for work or the day. Let's at least do 30 minutes of any kind of cardio.. it's ok if you can't make it to the gym. It's beautiful outside. You can take a walk or jog. And last but not least let's cut one thing out of our daily diet that we all know we shouldn't be eating lol.. so you can know mine.. I have a sweet tooth so like right before bed I'll go get a bowl of cereal. Now granted it's healthy cereal and almond milk but it's not needed. And RIGHT before bed is a for sure no no. It's crazy how I just did the cereal thing for a weekend and it's now becoming a nightly ritual lol. We have to be careful what we do because after 3 days consecutively doing the same thing your body will expect it. So enough of my talking about it! Let's be about it. I challenge everyone to try it with me. I already did my morning affirmation and I'm working on my cardio now so I got to go!! Good luck my peeps! Feel free for suggestions!

One of the best ways to burn calories in a short period is doing indoor cycling! I am literally addicted! It goes by so fast with the fun music and the challenges.. plus you burn so many calories! β€οΈπŸš΄πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ!! BTW.. michelle teaches spin at lifetime and she is a beast! She made me this addict πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

One of my favorite brands is Spiritual Gangster.. they have super dope tanks that you can workout in or just pair one with some jeans or shorts! This shirt is our motto!! If you are looking for a clean diet that is pre made for you. Made with all organic fresh food then this is what you might consider. Being super busy and not having time to prep all my food for the week but I need a portion control meal that I know the calories, carbs, fats, and protein I found Simply Fit. Not only is it easy and not super expensive but it actually tastes good!! You can buy for the week or just do a 3 day trial. I personally do dinner. Every night I can choose from beef and broccoli to chicken tacos. They have the 5k for women so it's just the right size for us ladies! And if you got a hubby or man they have the 10k that's just bigger portion. I have tried every meal prep place and this one is the best prices and better yet the best taste!Tell them Erika Carman sent you and they will help you! Good luck on your journey to health!

Everyday is an opportunity to better yourself, start over, end something you wanted to.... and begin something you've been praying for. I use Sundays as prepping myself mentally, physically, and emotionally for the week ahead. Since I lift hard all week I like to do yoga on Sundays. Preferably hot yoga. To stretch out those muscles and squeeze those organs inside. To get the lactic acid moving. And release the toxins from the hectic week. After I'm done with yoga I literally feel like a new woman. I get all my muscles stretched and broke away all the stiff lactic acid surrounding them. Plus hot yoga you sweat that b***y off so talk about water weight lost and burning a lot of calories!! ☯️✌🏻

I have tried so many different types of shoes to train in.. I absolutely LOVE the Adidas Boost line. The 2 pair to your left are the new crazy explosive low ones. Those are so great for hardcore HIIT training. The ones to the furthest right are the ultra boost x!! So awesome for cardio or circuit training! Having a durable pair of shoes to wear while working out is crucial. It can make all the difference in the world if your comfortable or not. πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘Ÿ
