1 team, multiple goals, multiple phases. Today our athletes heading to the Pan American Championships had their final taper speed session while the rest of the team aiming for USA Karate Nationals got their training in. Strong work by both groups!

🎉 11 Years of Building Champions 🎉

May 4, 2015 ⏩ May 4, 2026

Last year, we celebrated 10 years of Champion Sports Performance.

A decade of training athletes so they can perform at their best.
A decade of helping athletes build speed, strength, confidence, discipline, and belief that translate to success in competition and in life.
A decade of watching young athletes grow into stronger competitors, better leaders, and more resilient people.

Today marks 11 years.

And what I feel most today is gratitude.

Gratitude for every athlete who has trusted me with part of their journey.
Gratitude for every parent who has believed in the process.
Gratitude for every coach, Sensei, teammate, and collaborator who has allowed CSP to play a role in helping athletes grow.
Gratitude for the chance to keep doing meaningful work with incredible people.

Champion Sports Performance has never been just about faster sprint times, heavier lifts, higher jumps, or better conditioning.

Those things matter. We train them with purpose.

But the deeper mission has always been IMPACT.

Helping athletes learn how to show up with consistency.
Helping them become more confident under pressure.
Helping them understand that progress is built through discipline, patience, and effort.
Helping them carry lessons from training into competition, school, work, leadership, and life.
Helping them set and achieve big goals.

Year 11 is not just another anniversary.

It is a reminder that the work continues.

The standards are still rising.
The athletes are still building.
The impact is still unfolding.

To every athlete who has trained with CSP, every family who has supported the journey, every coach who has collaborated, and every person who has encouraged this work along the way, thank you!

You have helped build Champion Sports Performance into what it is today.

And to the athletes across the country still chasing the next level, still putting in the work, still showing up on the hard days, and still choosing to grow:

I’m grateful to be in your corner.

Here’s to 11 years of Champion Sports Performance, and to continuing the mission of building champions in sport and in life. 💥

Before you DM me, look at the receipts.

2026 Senior Team Trials. I coached 8 athletes as they prepared to take on the best in the Nation. 8 of 8 finished Top 4. 5 made the National Team. Four First Seeds. One Silver. Two Bronze. One Fourth.

That was not the first time. Across 13 years of Senior Team Trials, athletes I have coached directly and within teams have produced 68 Top 4 finishes, 42 Top 2 finishes, and 25 First Seeds.

And that is one event.

Project Domination Athletes have reached the podium at National Championships, Junior Team Trials, Senior Team Trials, K1 Youth League, Series A, Premier League, Junior and Senior Pan American Championships, Junior and Senior Pan American Games, and World Championships.

The events you are training for between now and November are events Project Domination Athletes have already medaled at.

Preparation is not accidental. It is coached.

8 spots are open in Project Domination. Same number I coached to Top 4 this year.

Doors close Sunday May 10 at 11:59 PM CT.

For the first time since December, I'm opening the doors to Project Domination.

And for the first time ever, I am not opening it the way I usually do.

Start your 12-week program now and I am adding 8 weeks on top.

Twenty weeks of fully customized training, but you only pay for 12 of them.

8 athletes. That is the cap.

Doors close on this offer Sunday, May 10 at 11:59 PM CT. You could be starting on your customized program by Monday, May 11.

I will not repeat this offer. There are too many championship windows between now and the end of the year for me to do anything but go all in with the athletes who go all in with me.

If you have been waiting for the right moment, this is the moment.

Comment IN or DM to start.

LET'S GO! 🚀

Explosive power. ⚡️🔥
And the ability to repeat it throughout your match, deep into the chart.

Those attributes don’t improve from working out. They improve from training.

Sporadic exercise won’t get you where you want to be. A clear, intentional plan - and consistent effort will.

Proud of for consistently putting in the work! 💪📈

Proud of these Athletes. Proud of these results. Even more proud of the process behind them.

These results are not mine. They were earned by Athletes who welcomed me alongside them and trusted me to contribute to their growth and success.

Every number in this carousel reflects years of consistent work by dedicated Athletes, the expertise of Sensei who refine their technical skills day after day, and a shared commitment to long term development.

My role has never been to replace the work happening in the dojo or take credit for what Athletes earn on the floor. It has been to earn the trust of athletes and Sensei to support that work by building strength, speed, stamina, athleticism, and confidence so Athletes are prepared to perform when it matters most.

Nearly fourteen years in, the lesson remains the same. Sustainable success is built together, over time, through alignment, effort, and trust.

Grateful for the Athletes who commit, the Sensei who collaborate, and the opportunity to contribute to the journey.

“Coach, that was perfect.”

Having a plan matters. But having a Coach who understands when and how to adjust that plan matters even more.

Today’s session with Tom, Eva, and Evangelos was a great reminder of that. They are in the taper phase, peaking for next week’s USA Karate Senior Team Trials, and the goal was not to push harder. The goal was to move better, think faster, and leave feeling sharp.

We shifted from our original plan of lateral movement and change of direction work to a session focused on CNS activation, body control, quick movement, and then rapid processing and vision based reaction work. The intent was simple. Keep the body fast, prime the brain, enhance visual tracking and decision making, and do it without unnecessary fatigue.

A well crafted plan provides the framework. The ability to adjust within that framework is what allows athletes to keep moving forward, feel confident, and trust the process.

The result today said it all. They felt great. They enjoyed the work. And they are exactly where they need to be as competition approaches.

Time to elevate your training and performance. 🚀

For the first time ever, I am officially opening the doors for Coaches and Sensei across the country to bring their entire competition teams into a structured remote sports performance program for the 2026 season.

I have worked with select teams before, and across every age and experience level their athletes have seen major improvements in strength, speed, conditioning, and overall performance under pressure. Those teams have been a small group by design. Today that changes.

The 2026 season is coming fast. If you coach a team, hopefully you are already mapping out your tournament schedule and building your plan for skill development throughout the season.

The question is simple. What is your plan for sports performance? How will you help every athlete on your roster build strength, speed, endurance, and injury resistance from January through Nationals in July?

This new Team offering gives you that solution.

You focus on coaching Karate. I provide your athletes with a high level strength and conditioning program that progresses through the season and prepares them to perform at their best on competition day.

Coaches and Sensei do not need to guess or piece things together on their own. (Or worse yet, just have their athletes do the random things they find on social media!)

By collaborating with me in this way, your team gets a proven approach that has helped newcomers become athletes, athletes become champions, and champions become legends in our sport.

If you want your team ready for 2026, DM TEAM to start the conversation.

Time to elevate your team's training and performance.

Remember this? This is the photo backdrop at Team Trials, USA Open, and the National Championships.

Last time you saw it, some of you felt the thrill of victory and the excitement of achieving your goal.

For others of you, the last time you saw this, you felt the sting of loss and the disappointment of not yet reaching your goal.

Which do you want to feel the next time you see this backdrop?

Many athletes at this time of the year are looking ahead to start training in January for the upcoming season.

Don’t wait. You have big goals. Let’s start working towards achieving them now.

While you are waiting to start working, your competitors are getting after it.

I want to help you get a head start on your pursuit of a great 2026 and ahead of your competition. That’s why I’m offering a Black Friday deal to help you get started.

After this, I will not be taking on new individual athletes for Project Domination until the new year.

Legendary Coach John Wooden once said, “When the opportunity comes, it is too late to start preparing.”

Ready to get started? DM me “Black Friday” and I’ll fill you in on the details.

Let’s get after it.
