WELCOME TIFFANY💚

We are so excited to introduce our newest Strength instructor, Tiffany! She is originally from North Carolina but grew up in California. She has been in Texas for the last 8 years and teaching fitness for 7 years! She ran track and did dance throughout high school and college. We definitely can’t wait to see her dance moves!!

Most people would describe her as very laid back and friendly, but when it comes to workouts she wants to make sure everyone is challenged and learning something new each time they take her class!

Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone.
