What a weekend for Vrishank at the tournament! 👏
He brought home 🥈 2nd Place in Traditional Forms and fought hard to earn 4th Place in Continuous Sparring!
We’re so proud of the focus, effort, and determination he showed on the mats all weekend long. Competing takes courage, and Vrishank represented Plano Taekwondo America incredibly well! 💪🔥

I’ve known Ms. McGhee for a long time, and she’s always been someone I look up to. Getting to be part of her demo this weekend, alongside so many incredible female instructors, was just… really cool.
So many generations. So much strength. So much confidence on one mat.
In a sport that’s often male-dominated, this was a powerful reminder of what women are building here too.

If your child has a friend who’s been watching from the sidelines, this is their chance to step on the mat.
They’ll jump into a real class, learn something new, work hard, laugh a little, and see what training at Plano TA is all about.
For every friend who enrolls, the student who invited them is entered to win a MetaQuest VR headset!

Spent the weekend at McCoy’s Taekwondo America in Arab, Alabama and had a GREAT time 🥋✨
I got to teach some clinics, participate in belt testing, and do a demo 👀 (demo post coming soon… promise). Huge thank you to the incredible students and instructors there for the energy, effort, and hospitality. It was so fun getting to train, laugh, and hang out with all of you.
Now it’s our turn 👊
Testing week is HERE, which means this is the final stretch. Get to class, lock in those last reps, clean up the details, and finish strong heading into this weekend. Confidence is built in the work you put in now.
