Hi all! I will be doing the early morning 5:45-6:15am and the mid morning 8-8:30am bootcamps in October (both class times held Mon Wed Fri). There will be evening ones in the future but I will have to rotate them out when I can. If you're interested in joining either morning time please give me your email address so I can send out details. Thanks for your patience and understanding! I'm the only Tabata trainer right now in the area and already teach several other classes at the Y so I am squeezing in what I can for you guys! We start a week from today! This bootcamp will run Oct 5-30.
