Ladies! Try this exercise at the gym next time you go and hit glutes.
The cable glute kickback exercise will build and tone your glute muscles, leg muscles, and core.
With proper form, kickbacks are one of the best exercises for working your glute muscles, including the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus.
Hamstrings: The kickback movement pattern activates the hamstrings on the back of your legs as you lift them behind you, so your targeting those as well.
Fun Fact: The Glutes are the largest and strongest muscles in the human body, consisting of three parts, gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus 🍑
