Mike Quinn here. It's been fun to watch someone so determined from the day she started to make sure our staff has a wonderful work environment and airport users have the best customer experience. While mentoring her for some time now, the one thing she didn't need much help with was how to lead. She's a natural leader who has brought together our staff to work as one team like I've never seen before. She participates in several aviation associations, including the Florida Aviation Business Association and the Tampa Women in Aviation chapter. She's also working on her Private Pilot License. On a daily basis, she supports and communicates with all departments at each of our locations and has proven herself as a unique talent deserving to be challenged and motivated. It's easy to see her huge passion for aviation, and we're grateful to work with her. On behalf of Atlas Aviation, it is my great pleasure to announce our new Operations Manager of Peter O. Knight Airport and the Plant City Airport, Abby Tapp. Please join us in congratulating her on this promotion. We're excited to support Abby as she leads us into the future.

Atlas's own, Abby Tapp, born in Tennessee but has lived in Tampa most of her life is moving up with Atlas Aviation. Abby is on the Atlas Florida Aviation Business Association team and also is in the Women In Aviation Tampa Chapter serving on the board for the outreach team. Ever since her senior year of high school she wanted to be a pilot and is currently working on her ratings with us. She walked into Atlas Aviation on Martin Luther King day 2024 and has been hooked ever since. "I am extremely grateful for my Atlas Family who's given me nothing but the best support and am excited for the opportunities and what's to come" AT. She's recently been promoted to Executive Administrative Assistant joining our management team supporting all departments at each of our locations with expectations to further grow with the company.
