This weekend, Coach Oscar, Zeke, and Ethan are competing at the Atlantic Coast Classic in Daytona Beach. Day 1 is done and they are representing CrossFit Plant City well!! Send them all the good vibes today for a strong finish on day 2! We’re so proud of you guys!! 👊 🔥

CFPC Beach Day is coming! 🏖️ We can’t wait to spend the day with you soaking up the sun, relaxing, and playing some fun beach games! This will be a fun-filled day for the whole family!
Bring your tween to workout with you at CFPC! Kids ages 10 and up are invited to come workout in class with their parent in July. This is a great way to introduce your tween to CrossFit safely and in an encouraging, supportive environment! Together, we can build a foundation for a love of fitness and show them that real strength is loving and taking care of oneself, even when it feels hard.
Cost for the month is $148, with no further commitment required.

🗓️ Mark your calendar, friends! Join us on Saturday, June 20 at Indian Rocks Beach for a CFPC Beach Day 🏖️ Bring your snacks and drinks and we’ll bring some tents and games. We’ll have a great day of fun and sun! 🤩
Today, we came together as a community to remember and honor those who didn’t make it home. We are grateful for the freedoms we enjoy because of their service and their sacrifice. We are thankful for the special family and friends we have here at CFPC, and we wish you all a happy and safe Memorial Day. 🇺🇸 ♥️🤍💙
CFPC Kids Class is coming in June!! Coach Rachel can’t wait to teach your kids that not only can they do hard things, but doing hard things can be FUN!
🗓️ Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday in June, beginning Tuesday, June 2.
⏱️Little Kids (ages 4•5•6) will run from 0945-1015
⏱️Big Kids (ages 7•8•9) will run from 1030-1130
