Yesterday I had a call with a women who wants to start training, but only wants to train once or twice a month.

She asked me if I think that’s enough? My answer was 100% no! She asked why? I said training is something you Must do on a regular basis.

You must always practice, drill, and go live with your skills or they will diminish.

There is no magic pill, there is no fast track course, there is no special instructor who will magically make you into a bad ass.

You must commit and enjoy the process. To get a black belt in BJJ it’s avg 10-12 years of study on an ongoing basis.

I practice daily/weekly with all the skills I choose to keep sharp.

I only have a few spots left in each class for 9/25/21 let’s go sharpen that sword.

Another day at the range training 25 yard pistol and rifle. Not gonna lie shooting has become a rich mans sport. Lol

Ammo prices through the roof!

Either way it’s imperative to continue to train and sharpen your skills.
