In several Italian cities, public benches are being redesigned with small built in shelters underneath to protect stray cats from cold, rain, and danger. These cozy spaces include soft bedding and food bowls, giving homeless animals a safe place to rest while staying part of their familiar environment.

The project shows how urban design and compassion can work together. With simple changes, everyday public spaces are being transformed into lifesaving shelters for animals that would otherwise be left exposed on the streets.

Another day to create and share good things… good food, hugs, something nice to say or help out someone in need.

Hello all. I rarely post these days. But better that see who knows who. We are looking for a really good health care aid from Sept 14 on for two to three weeks to live at the house if my mother in law who will be having shoulder surgery on Sept 14 th.

When making turkey burgers from scratch- add 1/2 cup each grated carrot, chopped celery and parsley- it adds flavor, moistness and extends the burger content. I have found the best tasting fresh ground white turkey meat is purchased at Whole Foods.
