Does It Come in Black? One of the most asked questions we get is: “Do you have it in black?”

Most black body jewelry on the market isn’t actually black metal. It’s usually a PVD-coated jewelry, which is a thin plastic coating applied over the surface of the metal. Over time, that coating can wear, scratch, or chip, especially in high-friction areas.

A huge shoutout to the local doctor who sent her our way. It’s always great to see medical professionals recognize when the issue may be jewelry-related and not a medical emergency 🩷

I don’t usually address comments about pricing, but I keep seeing people shocked that we charge to downsize because their piercer does it for free.

If your piercer is able to give away jewelry, supplies, and their time for free, I’d be asking some questions about how that’s sustainable first.

A downsize is more than a jewelry change. It’s a checkup for your piercing and adjustment FOR YOU specifically to help you heal successfully.

Downsizing is part of the whole piercing process, not an extra sneaky fee. 🩷
