Last ride of August!
It’s was a little warm and humid today but glad I made it out after work. I did average 50 miles for the month(9/451) which I’ve only done a hand full of times. Next set of rides will be on a camping trip to Rock Creek State Park and Grinnell this weekend!

Downtown, Carl Voss Trail to Easter Lake,
Neil Smith Trail to Highland Park/ Oak Park,
Broadway from 2nd Ave to E 36th and Gay Lea Trail to Easton before heading home!

Yesterday’s ride was hot and humid.
Rode through Johnston, Urbandale, Clive, Waukee and Grimes. It was bike ride number 70 which puts me ahead of last year’s pace.

First two rides of August added up to 97 miles. Rode to Adel then Dallas Center before heading home.
