Years of sweat, relentless discipline, and overcoming every wall put in front of them led to this exact moment. Earning a black belt is a massive achievement and lifelong journey!

To our new Black Belts: thank you for setting the standard, pushing your limits, and inspiring everyone on the mats. This milestone is well-earned, but the journey is just getting started.

Nationals Day 2 is officially in the books, and the hard work is paying off on the national stage! Incredibly proud of these athletes and their amazing performances yesterday:
🥈 Ms. Quinsika – Silver Medalist!
🥉 Adora – Bronze Medalist!
(Massive congratulations to both on an incredible run at their very first National Championships!)
📈 Meera & Hristiana both advanced to the next round, setting new personal records for their scores along the way! Master Ngan made a massive improvement in rhythm and presentation.

This past weekend, our Poomsae Team stepped onto the mats at the Elite Open, showcasing incredible focus, balance, and sharp ex*****on. Poomsae requires relentless repetition and deliberate control, and our athletes delivered exactly that.

RESULTS:
    •    🥇 10 Gold Medals
    •    🥈 13 Silver Medals
    •    🥉 11 Bronze Medals

Every medal represents hours of perfecting stances, timing, and power generation. A huge thank you to our families who support these athletes on their journey to excellence.
