A fantastic way for us ladies to enjoy each others company out on the trail, meet new people, enhance our riding skills, experience new trails and overall have a GREAT TIME RIDING IN THE DIRT! Out of convenience, typically rides during the week will be held at either Golden Eagle
Augustine Bernal Park (in Pleasanton), Pleasanton Ridge Park (on Foothill rd.) or Lake Chabot in Castro Valley. My hours are quite flexible if anyone should want to ride during the day (-:
Many weekend rides will also be in Pleasanton or Castro Valley and will expand to other areas as the group grows. These 3 areas offer a wide variety of trails for all skill levels. If any members would like to schedule a ride elsewhere, wonderful!!!! I totally encourage that! We also travel to Santa Cruz, Tahoe, Po***ck Pines and many other awesome places to ride! For those who are "new" riders and would like to become more acquainted with the idea of riding in the dirt, we will schedule rides at Sycamore Park in Livermore which will provide an environment to comfortably establish your riding skills, boost your confidence level, and build up endurance to climb those hills! Please let me know if you are interested in this. I have been riding for 45 years (pre-mountain bike era) and have enjoyed all aspects of riding throughout the years, from casual social / pure enjoyment rides to racing to training new riders. I look forward to meeting you, experiencing new trails, new adventures, and new friends!
