No Teen Strong or Dance Strong Sessions and no regular classes.
Regular AM classes will resume Thursday and Friday.
Please sign up in advance for these!!! They will be canceled the afternoon before if there is low attendance due to the holiday week.

It isn't about just the before and after - but a picture can tell a thousand words.
Jeremy's mom shared these pictures and said:
"He was out of shape and struggled with breathing and running. He started Teen Strong in Dec. and I'm blown away by his progress! He has slimmed, he has more confidence, self-esteem has gone up, and he has more energy. He knows that it's going to be constant progress and hard work, but he LOVES going to the gym. Thank you! It's an amazing program!"
Registration for Teen Strong Summer Sessions โ๏ธ ๐ชis open until June 1st. Two sessions are available, and the first one starts June 12th.

Jeremy has been a Teen Strong Member at Esteem Fit since December 2022. He and his family are moving and we are sad to see them go!
He has worked so hard and his story is what Esteem Fit is all about! Watch next week to see Jeremy's transformation pictures. ๐ธ
So happy we have been able to help build his self-esteem in addition to the physical changes.

Esteem Fit's Strong classes are led by personal trainers who demonstrate and coach you through the movements.
They focus on strength training utilizing dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, TRX, and more.

Spring Break Schedule ๐ด
Week of April 3rd-8th there will be a modified schedule. Only changes are Tues/Thurs AM, Weds evening, and no classes during the day.
Open Gym is available and the Pelotons.
Workouts can also be provided if requested. Check out our Workouts Highlight for ideas as well.
This week is a good time for a deload or rest week even if you're not traveling. Your body needs to have proper recovery and a chance to come back stronger!
We'll post reminders and workout ideas as it gets closer!

The 3-2-8 Method recently became popular after a TikTok star shared videos about it.
The method consists of 3 days of strength training, 2 days of barre/yoga, and 8,000 steps per day.
Esteem Fit has been ahead of trends! We're already set up perfectly for this! Take a Strong class M/W/F and Barre or yoga on T/TH. Get your steps in during the day or reserve our Peloton Tread with your membership.

Can't make an early class and not free in the evenings?
Join Coach Carrie every Tues and Thurs at noon for Strong Cardio.
This class utilizes high intensity interval training to improve your cardiovascular fitness while burning maximum fat and calories. ๐ฅ
You'll rotate through strength training and cardio stations. If you're looking to sweat - you won't be disappointed!
