Today, Mu Han Total Martial Arts – Plymouth joins our community and our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the victims, their families, the first responders, firefighters, police officers, military personnel, and all those who showed extraordinary courage and sacrifice.

At Mu Han, we believe martial arts is about more than physical training — it is about building respect, courage, discipline, gratitude, and unity in the next generation.
