“Uncle Joe’s” Mat (Saturday, 4/25, 11AM-1PM): “Return to Life” — an all-time favorite. A complete mat class featuring Joe’s original variations and signature calisthenics. Chris breaks down each mat exercise, explain the calisthenics, and guides you through smart progressions.

Pilates and Sports (Saturday,4/25, 2PM-4PM): Pilates doesn’t stop at the studio—and neither should your movement. This dynamic workshop shows how to translate the Pilates Method into powerful, real-world athletic performance. You’ll explore how Pilates enhances the four essential movements found in sport—push, pull, run, and jump—using the Mat, Reformer, and Chair. Emphasis will be placed on post-system work, demonstrating how to seamlessly apply Pilates principles across all apparatus to build strength, efficiency, and athletic resilience.
