Sound Bath Join Katy and Sue for an evening sound bath in a private yard. We will start with gentle stretching and meditation bring in sound for deep rest and relaxation. Reiki and gentle touch will be offered. Come unwind and refresh. Bring a towel or mat and anything else that will help you get comfortable.....

We found a quiet spot tucked away from the wind to unwind and have a beautiful practice being serenaded by the birds and frogs, and we had a couple of turtles pop their heads up to see what we were up to!
