I. Forms – Establishing the Foundation of Tai Chi

Forms are the most important basic skills in Tai Chi.

Each movement encompasses footwork, body movement, hand techniques, eye movements, and the changes of Yin and Yang, emptiness and fullness.

Daily repetition may seem like just repeating movements, but it actually cultivates the body's coordination, balance, and relaxation.

Initially, there's no need to deliberately pursue "qi sensation" or "internal strength," because true internal strength isn't something you think about, but something you practice.

Forms are the process of gradually adjusting the body to conform to the principles of Tai Chi.
