Professional Ballroom Dance Instruction SOUL Ballroom specializes in ballroom dance instruction in the Minneapolis-St.

Our mission is to awaken the SOUL of every individual through movement, music, and community. Paul metropolitan area. The owners/dance directors - Igor & Meghan Afonkin - offer a full range of Ballroom and Latin dance lessons for all skill levels, with or without a partner. Igor and Meghan are certified experts in teaching beginner and social ballroom dancers, wedding couples, as well as competitive dancers.
