Pocatello Jiu Jitsu

This is in response to what’s been developing in the overall Jiu Jitsu community.

At Pocatello Jiu Jitsu, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful training environment for every person who steps on our mats.

Abuse, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind—physical, verbal, emotional, or sexual—will not be tolerated here. Period.

Jiu-Jitsu requires trust. That trust is earned through professionalism, accountability, and mutual respect. Anyone who violates these standards does not belong in our academy.

Our doors are open to those who train with integrity.
Our standards are non-negotiable.

Big numbers look good on paper but they don’t tell the truth. Anyone can pack a room. Very few can maintain standards, teach with purpose, and do the work day after day. When businesses get obsessed with competition, they forget why they started teaching Jiu-Jitsu in the first place not for clout, not for volume, but to serve people, build character, and develop real skill. Crowds don’t build culture. Discipline does. Quality over quantity. Always.

Qualquer um pode encher uma sala. Poucos conseguem manter padrões, ensinar com propósito e fazer o trabalho todos os dias. Quando os negócios ficam obcecados pela competição, esquecem por que começaram a ensinar Jiu-Jitsu não por status ou volume, mas para servir pessoas, formar caráter e desenvolver habilidade real. Multidões não constroem cultura. Disciplina constrói. Qualidade acima de quantidade. Sempre.
