Just had two of the best classes ever for my Love Your Body, Love Your Life program! We spent time coming up with our own personal "ideal food plan" that would help us release excess weight. The plans we created came from a place of joy and peace and being in alignment with ourselves - instead of from a place of deprivation and restriction. SO good! "Food is my friend. It has been there for me in good times and in bad. Food is also my enemy. It frustrates me, confuses me, affects my health and keeps me from reaching my goals. But I can't live without it. But somedays I wish I could. It's truly a love/hate relationship." These were some of the things we worked on in my Love Your Body, Love Your Life class tonight. By the end of the session, the women in the were shifting into a more peaceful relationship with food and they were willing to forgive themselves for "using" food all these years. It was such an amazing experience!
