End of the year is a challenging time for many adults to maintain their fitness, strength, and health. Travel, holidays, food, excuses.... the list goes on.

I'm kicking off a 60-day training program for adults who want to improve their strength, fitness, and the ability to move pain-free with dynamic movements.

There are 10 spots and 3 are already filled. We will kick off 10/21 and ideally get our assessment done before then.

This is REMOTE and you will have access to my app which includes:
Your training program, video feedback, direct communication with me, and an optional spot to track your nutrition. You will need access to at least minimal equipment. Think KB/DB/Barbell/Aerobic Implement

The 60-day opportunity is $250 OR if you commit to leaving me a review on the program $200.

FIRST GROUP OF 2024: Adult Online Training Program

Looking for 4-5 committed individuals to work with online for the next 60 days. Training will be designed to help busy adults build strength, develop aerobic capacity, and regain pain-free movement while doing the things they love.

You will have the option to track your nutritional intake for feedback as well within my app.

This is a great opportunity for those who need to rebuild their fitness or are looking for a fresh take on their training. Active adults who participate in physical activities such as rec sports, mountain biking, running, etc... will thoroughly enjoy this training program as well.

These 4-5 spots are limited because I'm looking for individuals who will complete the program and commit to completing at least 70% of the workouts over the 60-day period and give me an honest review of their experience.
