The Summer Solstice marks the height of the sun’s journey across the sky and invites us to pause and recognize the abundance that already exists in our lives. It’s a time when the seeds we have planted, both literally and metaphorically, begin to reveal themselves. Just as gardens burst into bloom after months of care, many of the intentions, goals, healing journeys, and transformations we have been nurturing are quietly taking shape beneath the surface.

Take a moment to look around and notice what is flourishing in your life. Perhaps it is a relationship, a new habit, a deeper sense of self-awareness, a dream slowly unfolding, or simply the strength that carried you through difficult seasons. The Summer Solstice reminds us that abundance is not measured only by what we have achieved, but by what we have learned, who we have become, and the beauty that exists in the present moment.

If life feels challenging and gratitude seems difficult to access, shift your focus from the obstacles themselves to the wisdom they have offered. Every challenge carries a lesson. Every setback has the potential to reveal resilience, courage, patience, or compassion. Sometimes abundance is found not in ease, but in the growth that emerges from adversity.

What is abundant in your life and what are you grateful for?

I love spending time in the morning pulling w**ds in the garden and after thinking about it I realized is how it reflects what’s happening within us. Pulling w**ds is a reminder that growth isn’t just about planting new seeds—it’s also about making space for them to thrive. When we pull w**ds, we’re not removing something “bad.” We’re creating space for what we want to grow. Weeds take resources away from the seeds we’ve planted. The same is true in our lives. Sometimes we hold onto old stories, perfectionism, expectations, people pleasing, or fear of failures, etc. that quietly take up space without us realizing it. As I pull w**ds from the garden, I’m often reminded to ask myself, “What am I ready to let go of?” Just like a garden, our lives need tending. We don’t have to judge what has grown there—we simply notice it, thank it for whatever purpose it once served, and gently release it. Every w**d removed creates room for something beautiful to bloom. Gardening also teaches us that letting go is not a one-time event. Weeding is a practice. Every season, new w**ds emerge. Every season, we return to the garden. Likewise, growth isn’t about reaching a point where we never struggle again. It’s about developing the awareness to recognize what is crowding our peace and having the courage to release it when it appears. every cleared patch of soil is a reminder that letting go isn’t a loss—it’s an act of making space for what wants to grow next.

What are you growing in your garden this year?

This is my little family… my greatest adventure, my biggest blessing, and the reason behind everything I do.

They are my why.

They remind me daily that the most meaningful moments aren’t found in perfection—they’re found in love, laughter, growth, and simply being together.

For a little while, everyone let go.

Thank you to everyone who spent their evening with me.

Have you ever wished you could simply float your stress away?

An Aerial Sound Bath combines the gentle support of an aerial hammock with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, creating a deeply relaxing experience for both body and mind.

What to Expect
You’ll settle into a soft aerial hammock suspended just a few feet from the ground. The hammock acts like a supportive cocoon, allowing your body to completely relax while soothing sounds and vibrations fill the space.

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where instruments such as crystal singing bowls create vibrations that can help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage deep relaxation.

Benefits May Include
• Reduced stress and tension
• A sense of weightlessness and ease
• Deep relaxation and rest
• Improved mental clarity and focus
• A calming effect on the nervous system
• Feelings of peace, balance, and well-being

No Experience Needed
You do not need to be flexible, meditate regularly, or have any aerial yoga experience. Most participants simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow themselves to rest.

Perfect For
• Busy parents
• Stressed professionals
• Those experiencing burnout
• Anyone seeking relaxation and self-care
• People who struggle to “turn off” their minds

Imagine being gently cradled in a hammock while waves of sound wash over you, giving yourself permission to do nothing except breathe, receive, and rest.

Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more—it’s about allowing yourself to pause.

Our next one is Monday June 8th at 7:00 pm. Have you ever experienced a sound bath?

Soulscape Tribe, we have an opportunity to lift up one of our own.

Many of you know Gina from her involvement in the community. She has shared her kindness, encouragement, and presence with our studio over the years.

Recently, Gina’s son, TJ, was involved in a serious accident. As he begins the long road to recovery, their family is facing overwhelming challenges, including medical expenses, time away from work, and the many unexpected needs that come with healing.

As a community built on compassion, connection, and supporting one another through life’s seasons, I’d love for us to rally around Gina and her family during this difficult time.

Sometimes the greatest gift we can offer is simply showing up for someone when they need it most.

Let’s surround Gina, TJ, and their family with the same love and support that makes Soulscape such a special community. Send prayers and healing energy, leave kind words of support in the comments and if you are in a place to donate the link is below.
