One of my tennis lessons from this morning ☀️This little tennis player just turned 4 years old a couple weeks ago. Since I started coaching him back in March we have been working on the fundamentals of tennis as well as foundational skills such as hand-eye coordination, balance, strength, and activity tolerance.

I am using the soft tennis ball that are bigger in size and don’t bounce as high compared to regular tennis balls. These are great for hand-eye coordination. I also have him build a tennis ball pyramid and use it as a target location to aim at when hitting forehands and backhands.
