Mid Summer fun 2025

I was invited and I said yes. I wasn't in charge of any of the details which is hard for me and a point of growth.

We had an amazing time! I hiked with three women, all grandmother's, and I'm now convinced I love spending time with women, especially older women.

The Women of Rollins are welcoming everyone interested to join us for a fun summer yoga series at the Rollins Schoolhouse. I'll be there teaching most Tuesdays at 1pm except when noted and class will begin at 2pm. Sign up online to save your spot. Come ready to move, breathe and feel good!
