I guess that falls under funny cars do funny car things. Had a pretty big explosion on the first run that took out the car, but my guys never miss a beat. This team worked incredibly hard to get the backup car ready, and we were able to get back out there for Q4. Beyond thankful for our S**G Racing family and so proud of this amazing group of tough guys. Thank you to everyone who checked in on us and offered to help. We’ll regroup and get ready for race day! Qualified 12th.

Glad we were able to make a full pass the last session in some tricky conditions. I'm glad my teammate Daniel is okay after his big explosion today. A great packed and festive Halloween day in the S**G tent with all the guests. The competition right now in Funny Car is TOUGH and it’s really cool to be in the first all 3 second field in Funny Car history. Looking forward to race day tomorrow in Vegas! Qualified 15th.

Qualifying is complete here in Vegas, and we’ll roll into race day tomorrow from the 12th spot. Not exactly the day we were hoping for, but we will be ready for tomorrow!

It’s always a great day with our Bluebird Turf team, the entire S**G Racing organization, and so many awesome S**G dealers and customers. So thankful to be a part of this great organization! We’ve introduced quite a few of them to the excitement of NHRA drag racing this weekend, and we can’t wait to put on a show for them and all of our incredible fans tomorrow!

We made two consistent runs today that kept us in the number 13 qualifying spot heading into raceday. We’ll line up against our good friend Clay Millican in a round 1 slugfest. Every opportunity becomes that much more important this time of the year. Let’s go team S**g!
