We are so very proud of the commitment they have to their Jiu Jitsu training. So much so, Ariana just received her first stripe from Coach ! Congrats Ariana...we are so very proud of you!!!

Happy Monday Champs!!!! Time to get up, get out, and win!!! Looking forward to this weeks trainings. Although this may be a shorter week with the upcoming Holiday, we are looking to seeing everyone in class! Challenge yourself to get up and get moving today...Mondays set the tone for your week. Even if you don’t have a set routine, start out by just adding 20-25 minutes of movement each day. Small wins turn into huge accomplishments!!!
