The sacred dirt is making its way into Freedom Hall! Jacob St. Mary and 4th generation will kick off the event Wednesday evening in the super farm class. Jason Bourdeau and No Common Cents make their Freedom Hall debut Thursday evening in the 4.1 Limited Pro class and Andre Bourdeau with Secret Weapon make their return in the 4.1 Limited Pro class on Friday evening. Here’s hoping they all put it in the sand pile and make the finals on Saturday 🤞

One week later and we are really dreaming of pulling season. This view of the cold white tundra is drastically different than the beach view.

Home safely from a great weekend at Addison County Benefit Pull.

Congratulations to the VanDeewert family on another successful event. This was the 20th anniversary and it didn’t disappoint!

They have selflessly and sincerely worked hard to make a positive impact on their community. Great job as always!

A huge shout out from us to our fellow competitors Jon Dietzel and William A. LaRue who immediately were at the back of our trailer after the first hook to help us diagnose and fix Rollin Thunder.

The fact that they cared so much to see us get fixed and run at night is a testament to the amazing people we pull with. We cannot express our gratitude enough. 🙏🏻

We burnt/broke 3 push rods three times this week, the third time while backing up to the sled for the first class. Finally diagnosed that we had an issue with oil not getting to the push rods. Once Jon and Will got that figured out and fixed, we were good to go.

JD didn’t have a great run in the night show but unfortunately Jon almost went out of bounds and so we ended up with the win. 🥇

Loaded up and ready to head to the Addison County Benefit Pull with New York Tractor Pullers Association - NYTPA.

JD will be running Rollin Thunder in the 1 pm and 7 pm shows.

Unfortunately, Lisa will not be running Hell On Wheels as there was more motor damage at Schaghticoke than we had time to fix. 😓

If you’re in the Addison, VT area tomorrow come and check it out! It’s an amazing pull run by some great people and all the proceeds go to local families in need.

It’s the 20th annual event and you won’t want to miss it!

Another huge weekend for JD and Rollin Thunder!

He tied for 4th place Saturday night at Columbia County Fair.

Heading into Sunday we had a lot of conversations about tune ups. Made some tweaks for the afternoon show The Schaghticoke Fair and he put down a monster pass for the win!🏆

Tweaked and did some more math and turned some more screws for the evening show knowing the track would be a power track. And we hit the mark! He had a beast of a run at 375+ to take the win!🏆

Lisa struggled again with driving but made some progress. Had a good plan heading into the evening show, but unfortunately blew a spark plug out of the #8 cylinder on take off.

We will be back at and ready to roll for the benefit pull at Addison County Fair and Field Days on 9/13! Come out and see us!

When you sweep the 2wd class for the weekend you kiss your truck!

JD laid down two monster passes during the day show and the night show for back to back wins! We couldn’t be more excited!

Lisa had a great run going in the day class only to blow the burst panel at the end of her run landing her in 4th. She didn’t lay it down well in the night class and ended up 8th.

Thank you to Cody Petro for a your help yesterday. You’re turning into the best crew chief.

We made a last minute decision Sunday morning make the trip to pull with New York Tractor Pullers Association - NYTPA at the Franklin County Fair, Malone NY.

Both trucks ran great with no issues. 🙏🏻

Lisa had a great pass to end up 2nd and JD was right behind her for 3rd.

Congratulations to Hay Shaker for his first place finish. It was great to see him run so well after his serious motor damage the weekend before.

Our next outing will be the Washington County Fair on Saturday, August 23rd. We will be pulling in the noon and 7 pm shows.

We made a last minute decision late Thursday night, once we felt comfortable that we had be pushrod issue for Rollin Thunder under control.

We loaded up yesterday morning and headed out to the The Saratoga County Fair for the New York Tractor Pullers Association - NYTPA pull.

Our focus for last night was seat time for Lisa and to ensure we had the white truck fixed.

We ran them both extra fat to be sure we didn’t lean out the motors. Not stellar passes but, no breakage which makes us happy!

The amount of maintenance we learned to do ourselves these last couple of months was hard but worth it.

Thank you to our family and friends that came out to watch and cheer us on. Special thanks to Cody Petro for helping crew all night and Jodi Boucher for the pics and videos.
