Good News - Bad News update:
Good news - We fired up Rollin Thunder yesterday evening and #2 cylinder issue seems to be resolved. Looks like it was just a spark plug issue.
Bad news - we still have a fuel system issue. We did find a leaking hose that will need to be replaced. However, we also found something in the fuel screen so we think we have another issue.
When looking at the cylinder temps on the data logger, the motor got way too hot way too easy.
We will be digging in further over the next couple of days to root out the issues.
We are still pushing for our hometown pull at Washington County Fair with New York Tractor Pullers Association - NYTPA on Saturday 8/29.
Stay tuned for more updates this week.

New spark plugs ✅
Valves adjusted ✅
Oil filter checked ✅
Not positive yet why we lost cylinder #2. We are hopeful it was just a bad spark plug as the push rods look fine.
Found a few loose fittings in the fuel system but not sure that’s our fuel issue. We have more to look through.
Now that we’ve done basic maintenance we will fire it up and see if #2 is good.
One step at a time we will figure it out. Stay tuned. 📺

Hello fans! Sorry we’ve been silent! We know you’ve been wondering, so we wanted to give you an update on our pulling plans for 2026.
We will not be pulling tomorrow (7/11) with New York Tractor Pullers Association - NYTPA in the Washington County Pull for Kids event as we do not have either truck ready to run.
We are shooting for next Saturday (7/18) with Joey Radel and Pull Off Productions for the Pull for a Cure in Argyle. We are unsure at this time if it will be one or two trucks.
We encourage you to go out and support both events as they are for a good cause. Details are in the pics.
Not being ready is our main reason for missing the 7/11 pull. Also - a very close friend is getting married and we chose to attend the wedding. Pullers make a lot of hard choices during the season and miss a lot of family events. This is one we decided to make a priority.
We will also be pulling at the following events as of right now:
~ 8/29 noon and 7 pm Washington County Fair, Greenwich NY
~ 9/5 4 pm Columbia County Fair, Chatham, NY
- 9/6 noon Schaghticoke Fair, Schaghticoke, NY
~ 9/18 and 9/19 Addison VT Benefit Pull, Addison VT
We had planned to try to run NY points again this year but have decided on a limited schedule due to many reasons.
One is the fact that PPL and NYTPA have made some rule changes regarding tires that the class participant were not asked about and not notified about until a few weeks before the season started. A rule that hinders us pullers for 2026 and may or may not be overturned for 2027.
We don’t like to post negativity or complain, and we think our fans should know the truth. Our hope is that this issue will be resolved this fall and we will be back to a full season next year.
If you come out to see us please stop and say hi. We love meeting and seeing you all!
Thanks for continuing to follow along!
