The primary duties of this position are answering phone calls, emails and chats from customers, assisting walk-in customers and communicating customer needs to other team members. This individual will also investigate and respond to customer inquiries about products, services and orders, and process customer returns. Dive Gear Express strives to maintain high customer satisfaction with our products and services. Scuba Diving Certification and experience is required, technical diving or higher qualifications preferred. We are looking for individuals who work well in a team environment, are willing to take on additional responsibilities and are quick learners.

These are unboxed standard valves, Nitrox Ready and still sealed in the factory plastic bag, which are supplied to us with our aluminum scuba cylinders. Our customers sometimes ask us to substitute modular specialty valves on their cylinder orders, leaving us with these unused valves as surplus. Quantities are limited.
