Our special local in person class- Interval Fusion with floor work, so be sure to bring your mat. Refreshments will follow.

Cost is $20. If you wish to pay with a credit card, please contact Stephanie in advance. Or bring cash or check to class. Either way, please RSVP so we are prepared.

Be sure to invite your friends! If you prefer taking class from home it will be streamed. Contact Stephanie for details.

Be sure to wear your patriotic gear - stars, stripes, cammo and red, white and blue!

Also, if you want to help out the Humane Society, bring any sheet and towel donations for the pups 🐶 and kitties 😸 .
