To all of our Fish City Pride family, especially our old timers, I’m sad to report Captain Tom Hall has passed away. If you’re not a old timer like me, Captain Tom and his wife Jodi took over the Mandra II driftboat in 1974 and bought the original Fish City marina property. They took over the Helen S fleet a few years later, and the Fish City Pride came in 1981. Tom was a great fisherman and boatman but he was a better man. If you had the pleasure to meet him you were blessed. I always called him the funniest man in the world. I was lucky enough to marry into the family so I got to call him Uncle Tom. He was the best and will be truly missed. Love you Captain Tom.

The fishing has been nothing short of spectacular. This is one of my favorite times of the year to fish. Bait everywhere, snappers, kings, ceros, rainbows, and lots of throwback cobias which means the big ones aren't far behind.
