A little over 1/2 way through the year! It has been awhile since I have posted. Alot has been going on personally and it is time to push past the weight gain, my hip issues and my busy career. The NES hasn't improved but there is a plan in place for that. Looking into hypnotherapy so this doesn't continue to take over my life.
I am strong, I am capable and "I get to" wake up everyday, and move my body. It may be different than what I was able to do before, but that won't stop me to get to the goals I have in place for myself.
Never give up, don't stop, put one foot in front of the other and keep trying. Energy is contagious and YOU "get to" choose where you want to spend your time and invest your energy.

Had a fantastic workout this morning at RAVEhiitFitness near the house. I usually cycle with ClassPass, this was a nice change.
Working out for 60 minutes is only 4% of your day.
