A few weeks ago, our CrossFit Pequannock community came together for one of the most meaningful traditions of the year: the Murph. 🦅🔥💪

1 mile. 100 pull-ups. 200 push-ups. 300 squats. 1 mile. All in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who gave his life serving our country in 2005.
Some showed up for their first Murph. Others, their 15th. Every single one of them crossed that finish line with the same thing — pride.

To everyone who came out: thank you. This is why we do it. 💪❤️
