Scott was the very first bodybuilder to sign up after I took ownership of Ponchatoula Fitness Center in 2025. What makes that even cooler is that his journey with PFC actually started six months earlier, in December 2024, after I reached out to him on Instagram and invited him to come check the gym out.

From day one, Scott has been an exemplary member. He works well beyond full-time as a diesel mechanic in New Orleans, yet somehow still finds a way to show up day after day, putting in the work with a smile on his face and encouraging everyone around him.

Scott represents everything Ponchatoula Fitness Center has always stood for: relentlessness, perseverance, and sacrifice. We are very lucky to have him and MANY others like him here at PFC🙏

Today was one of the most rewarding and fulfilling days of my life. Thanks to Lacey Pruitt and so many incredible speakers, coaches, and athletes, we raised over $2,300 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

None of this would have been possible without the support of the bodybuilding community. We had athletes travel from as far as Texas for the opportunity to learn from our guest speakers and gain access to priceless knowledge.

I’m incredibly thankful for this family! We had well over 100 people gathered in this room today. They not only support the gym and each other, but also an amazing charity dedicated to giving children battling cancer the treatment they deserve!

THIS is community. This is family. This is what Ponchatoula Fitness Center will always be about.
