My name is Bill Riccio, together with my wife Kristie we own RiccioFit Strength & Movement Inc. a top level strength training and yoga service devoted to helping people be their best. I have been a professional trainer and strength coach for almost 20 years. I also have specialty certificates in kettlebell training, golf fitness, and youth fitness. Kristie is a certified yoga instructor with almost 20 years of experience and a passion for teaching. While certifications are important they aren’t the whole picture. Being able to connect with someone is far more important for that person getting results. Prior to the Covid pandemic we were a brick and mortar facility that was thriving, however what we found is that we can deliver an even better experience and get better results in a virtual format. So we decided to close our brick and mortar and go 100% virtual. We opened RiccioFit Strength & Movement Inc. to teach people the very things that helped us. We want to help people improve their lives through the safe pursuit of strength in both body and mind. We want to lead people down the path that we took that has made me so happy. We truly feel we are put on this earth to do good for others. We are committed to helping people and giving people the tools they need to live life to the fullest. 💚 ELITE FOUNDATIONS IS GROWING!

We’re excited to officially bring RiccioFit Elite Foundations to Acton Academy Ponte Vedra through our new collaboration!

Beginning THIS MONDAY, we’ll be adding a second weekly Elite Foundations group right here in Nocatee.

Elite Foundations was created to give kids a place to build strength, coordination, mobility, balance, agility and confidence while learning that movement can be challenging, positive and FUN.

Our Friday group has become such a great little community, and we’re excited to continue growing Elite and reaching more local families.

💚 Exciting things are happening with RiccioFit Elite Foundations!

We’re excited to share that RiccioFit Elite Foundations is joining the Fall Enrichment lineup at Acton Academy Ponte Vedra!

What makes this even more exciting is that the program is open to Acton families AND the surrounding community.

Elite Foundations gives kids an opportunity to build strength, coordination, mobility, balance, agility and confidence through structured coaching, movement and games in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

This partnership is another step toward what we’ve been working to build with Elite Foundations — more opportunities for kids to get strong, move well and build confidence right here in our community.

💚 RiccioFit Elite Foundations is growing!

We’re excited to be welcoming new families into our Friday homeschool group while continuing to keep the program intentionally small.

Right now, we have room for ONE more family.

Once that spot is filled, we’ll begin building out our second Elite Foundations group.

Elite Foundations gives kids a place to develop:

• Healthy movement skills

All through structured coaching, movement and games in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

Not every child needs another competitive sport.

Sometimes they simply need a place to move, get stronger, build confidence and feel successful.

RiccioFit Elite Foundations is our youth strength, movement & performance program designed to help kids build a strong foundation through:

💚 Agility & movement skills
💚 Confidence through progression

We keep our groups small and structured so we can actually get to know each child and meet them where they are.

Our program can also be a great fit for kids who may not thrive in traditional sports or larger group environments, including children with special needs.

Small-group + 1:1 training available.

We are also an approved Step Up Scholarship provider.

One of the biggest reasons we’ve continued offering virtual training all these years? It fits into real life. 💚

This morning Bill trained a client logging in from Reykjavík, Iceland…

And that’s one of the best things about virtual training—you can take it with you.

We have clients who log in from home, hotel rooms, vacation rentals, or wherever life happens to take them.

No drive time.
No rushing to get somewhere.
No worrying about childcare.
No need for a full gym.

And when you travel or go on vacation, your routine doesn’t have to completely disappear.

That convenience helps our clients stay consistent. They can log in, get their workout done, and then get right back to enjoying their day.

💚 This morning was our very first Midweek Mobility & Recovery class… and it was exactly what I hoped it would be.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do isn’t push harder.

It’s slow down.

Move with intention.

Breathe a little deeper.

Create space in a body that’s been carrying us through busy days.

Mobility isn’t just about becoming more flexible.

It’s about moving better, feeling better, recovering well, and giving your body the care it deserves.

I have a feeling this class is going to become a favorite.

Thank you to everyone who joined me this morning and embraced something a little different. I can’t wait to continue growing this class together.

Here’s your reminder for today:

Strong kids don’t happen by accident.

That’s exactly why we created RiccioFit Elite Foundations.

Our goal has never been to create the strongest athlete in the room.

Our goal is to help each child discover what they’re capable of.

Through strength, movement, balance, coordination, and teamwork, kids develop confidence that carries far beyond the gym.

We intentionally keep our groups small so every child is seen, encouraged, and coached as an individual.

Watching these kids grow—not just physically, but in confidence and friendships—has been one of the greatest blessings.
