We are writing this post with a happy yet heavy heart to inform you that we are selling CORE 24 to Bob and Jennifer Larkins with Valor Total Fitness and will be under new management, effective January 2, 2025.
We have decided to enter a new chapter in our lives, not for financial reasons but a change of pace. After many years of serving the Poplar Bluff community and surrounding area, we have made the decision to transition ownership to Bob and Jennifer who are deeply committed to maintaining the quality and service you've come to expect from CORE 24.

💥Education on nutrition, macros, hormones, toning.

4:30 pm- Functional Fitness- Low impact full body movements using resistance band and bodyweight, strengthening the entire body for every day activities.

5:30 pm- Upbeat, cardio packed STEP class. Fantastic lower body workout.
