Bess Activity Center at Three Rivers College

Due to parking lot resurfacing the Bess Activity Center will be closed Saturday, July 18th and Sunday, July 19th.

We will reopen normal times on Monday, July 20th @ 7:00 am.

Today, we mourn the loss of Coach Gene Bess, a Hall of Fame coach, mentor, friend, and one of the most influential figures in the history of Three Rivers College.

Over 50 seasons, Coach Bess built a basketball program that became known across the nation, winning more games than any college basketball coach in history and leading the Raiders to two national championships. But his greatest legacy extends far beyond the court.

Coach Bess cared deeply about his players, this college, his family, and his faith. He mentored and inspired generations of students, helping shape lives both during their years as Raiders and long after they left Three Rivers.

His impact can be seen throughout our campus, our community, and in the countless lives he touched along the way.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Nelda, Brian, Janell, and the entire Bess family during this difficult time.

Thank you, Coach. Your legacy will live on, and you will be deeply missed.

New Class Offering starting on Monday!

We are delighted to announce that THERESA PENNINGTON will be teaching a line dancing class on Monday, May 4 at 6:30 pm. This new addition to our schedule is perfect for dancers of all levels, from novice to experienced. $5/per person/per class.

Due to the upcoming weather forecast the Bess Activity and the Ben and Martha Bidewell Fitness Center at Three Rivers College will be closing at 5:00 pm.
