Monday (6/29)- Your Hawaiian shirt that your wife hates or that coconut bra collecting dust in your storage closet is ready for its time to shine✨ bring on all the Hawaiian vacay/summer vibes!

Tuesday (6/30)- Do you fall into the legwarmers + sweatband category or are you gonna go for an 80’s rock n roll moment? We can’t wait to see who chooses what!

Wednesday (7/1)- Stanley cups aren’t welcome on this day, the crazier the container the better! Nothing is more disturbing than your gym water being housed in an old mayo jar🤪🤣

Thursday (7/2)- You know how the legend dresses. The biggest t-shirt and the baggiest basketball shorts you can find will do. If we can see your kneecaps your shorts are too short. (Sorry to all you 5 inch inseam lovers)

Friday (7/3)- Red, White, and Blue is great, or you can go for a jorts + mullet + eagle t-shirt moment. We’ll get to see who wins, America🇺🇸 or ‘Merica🇺🇸🧨🦅

So go thrifting or raid your friend’s closet this weekend, ladies and gents. I’m expecting to see some greatness walking through those doors next week!

One of the coolest things about our gym is the variety of people that come in to work out together. For example, our 10am class had an age range of 14 to 86 years old today! How cool is that?! Functional fitness is important at all ages and phases of life, and we’re all about training for life & longevity here at Steadfast!

“Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy was killed in action on June 28, 2005, in Afghanistan during Operation Red Wings. Outnumbered and severely wounded by Taliban forces, he deliberately left his cover to expose himself to enemy fire, successfully transmitting a distress call before being mortally wounded.”

Thousands of people do this workout as a tradition to honor Murphy and all of the other fallen heroes every year on Memorial Day.

This was our 8th year doing Murph together as a group. One thing about this workout that we love as a community is getting to see people push themselves out of their comfort zone and realize what they’re truly capable of. It is such a rewarding workout with so much meaning.
