Being a mom has taught me that discipline matters more than motivation. 🤍
Lately, I’ve caught myself talking myself out of going to the gym.
I work, I’m on my feet, I’m socializing with people all day… and by the time I get home, it’s SO easy to think, “I’m exhausted. I’ll go tomorrow.”
But I realized something: I don’t need more motivation. I need to stop giving myself excuses.
That’s why my little micro gym at home and running outside have been such a game changer.
My dumbbells.
My bench.
A little space.
And the ability to get a workout in without having to drive anywhere.
Because as moms, we don’t always have an hour to spare. Sometimes we have 20 minutes. Sometimes we have 30. But we can still DO something.
And I want my kids to see their mom work hard. I want them to see that taking care of yourself matters. That you can be tired, busy, overwhelmed—and still choose to show up for yourself.
That’s the kind of discipline I want to teach them.
And if you’re a busy mom who keeps saying “I just don’t have the time,” I get it. I live it.
You don’t need a complicated workout plan or hours in the gym. You need a plan that actually fits YOUR life, accountability to keep you going, and someone in your corner when motivation disappears.
That’s exactly what I help women do through private fitness & nutrition coaching. 💪🏼
I’ll help you build workouts around your schedule, make nutrition feel manageable, and create habits you can actually stick with—even when life gets crazy.
