Hi Back Nine Team!

Today is the big day! We're officially launching the new Back Nine mobile app!

Here's the rollout plan for today:

4:00 PM MST: App Store Release
We will publish the new mobile app to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Once the app is live, please download it and begin using it for core features such as booking tee times, accessing the bay, and managing memberships. We're intentionally keeping the rollout limited at first so downloads can trickle in while our team monitors for any unexpected issues.

Please send any issues or feedback here so our team can track and respond to everything in one place.

Important: The in-bay simulator integration will not be live until tonight. If someone scans a simulator QR code- after downloading the new app, but before the update window- they may see a "not a session link" message in the app. They can still use the existing Full Swing flow to access and play.
