After 2 days of shooting, our Marmion Sporter team finished in 11th place out of 22 teams. Not a bad finish considering the range was closed down for 5 months. Our top shooter, Phil Swanson, is currently in 6th place heading into the finals round.

The rifle team is back at Camp Perry in Ohio for the Army Nationals competition. Today was check in and practice day for the team.
Correction to the final team placement. Marmion finishes in third place, behind the two teams from Germany.

Finals round for Swanson and Wiacek representing Marmion.
Marmion finished strong with Swanson and Wiacek as leading scorers. Both qualified for the finals round. Team finished in second place.
Marmion snipers shooting well after 2 rounds. As a team they are up 11 points over yesterday. One round to go.
Team is ready for day 2 of competition. Marmion is currently in second place as a team with Swanson currently in 7th and Wyacik in 8th.

A little r and r for the team this afternoon. Took them bowling in Sandusky. It's a good thing they shoot better than they bowl.
