Our first youth class started today! Next class is this Friday at 5:30, get ahold of us or stop on by and check out or facility and get your kids signed up. Self discipline, confidence building, anti-bullying skills, and much more we teach here with our youth program!

We’re proud to officially launch the Lost Soul MMA Youth Warriors Program built to help kids become stronger, more confident, disciplined, and capable both inside and outside the gym. Signups start today! Rick and Austin our coaches will be running classes every Wednesday and Friday starting Wednesday September 23rd class times will be 5:30-6:30.
