We have a 1100 acre ranch near Rio Grande City Tx approximately 30 West of McAllen Tx., with all being native brush land, adjacent to a Falcon Lake. Lodge available within 15 minutes of ranch.
Effective January 1, 2021 our rate will be $175.00 a day per gun, which includes 2 hogs and UNLIMITED predators per hunter. Deposit is only payable by CashApp. If you cannot make the scheduled hunt and notify us at least 5 days in advance the hunt can be rescheduled at our convenience. If not then the deposit will be forfeited. Our reasoning for 5 days in advance is we seed the feeders every day for 5 days before the hunt. We want your hunt to be enjoyable and affordable. We have several stands/ feeders/ game cameras and green lights available by Elusive Wildlife Technologies. Lights and feeders run all year long. The hunting is free range ranch, no high fence. Skinning facilities are onsite for your use at no additional cost. If you wish for us to gut or skin there is an additional cost of $50.00 per animal
No guarantees of a kill. Smoking while in the blinds is prohibited and the probability of success is diminished. Walking around is prohibited and will cause you to forfeit your hunt, we do this for safety reasons. The best probability of success will be night hunting with night vision scope, thermal scope or green lights. Day hunts are permissible but the probability of success is greatly reduced. Archery hunts are acceptable as well. Shooting ranges from 40 – 100 yards to the feeders. We encourage you to have your riffles sighted in before the hunt. Only one group will be hunting at any given time. We will accept group sizes from one to eight people. Hunters 16 and under are required to be accompanied by and adult over 21 years of age.
Additionally, we “may” have a hog in our on site trap if your hunt is unsuccessful. Just pay for the processing and take it home with you. We reserve the right to change any and all of the above terms at our discretion without notice. We reserve the right to refuse hunting
