You don’t need another sign. You need a SHIFT. 👏🏽

How many times have you said, “I’m waiting on God…” when deep down, you already know what He told you to do?

Sis, maybe this is the week you stop waiting for everything to line up perfectly and start moving in faith.

You see, confidence isn’t always about feeling ready. Sometimes it looks like moving while you’re still a little nervous, still figuring it out, and still waiting on some of the details.

This week on the blog, I’m sharing 3 shifts that can move you from WAITING to DOING:

🟣 Shift your SPEECH: Call it before you see it.
🟣 Shift your STANCE: Move like it’s already true.
🟣 Shift your SCHEDULE: Give your leap a deadline.

That last one? Whew. Because a dream with no date can stay a dream for YEARS.

Do you know that you are truly KNOWN by God? 💜

One of the most dangerous places for your character is where no one knows you.

It’s the place where the enemy whispers, “It doesn’t matter here. Nobody knows what you’re doing.”

But that’s the lie.

Because even when no one else knows you… He does.

Your hidden places are never hidden from Him. And that’s not meant to bring shame, it should bring incredible comfort. You are fully seen, fully known, and still deeply loved.

This is exactly what I’ll be teaching at the I AM KNOWN Teen Girl Conference on July 31 & August 1. My prayer is that every girl leaves knowing her identity isn’t found in what people think about her, but in the God who has always known her.

As our small group takes a pause for the summer, a few of us decided to spend a day simply connecting, and it was exactly what our souls needed.

We visited Mixology Candle Bar ® | OLD TOWN SPRING, TX in Old Town Spring, where we each created our own custom candle by blending scents that reflected our personalities. There was so much laughter, meaningful conversation, and sweet moments together.

One of my favorite parts of the day was hearing Ashley, the owner, share the story behind her business. Before we left, we had the privilege of praying over her, her family, and her business. What a beautiful reminder that every business has a story, and every entrepreneur needs encouragement.

If you’ve never experienced candle pouring, let this be your sign. The customer service is top-notch, the experience is unforgettable, and the quality of the candles is unmatched. Whether you’re planning a girls’ day, date night, family outing, team event, or even want to go solo, I highly recommend it. Ashley does an amazing job accommodating groups of all sizes.

I’m praying for supernatural favor and overflow over her business, and I already know we’ll be back. I can’t wait to have her host a candle-pouring experience for my teen girls in the future.

One of the greatest blessings of my life has been God entrusting me with the gift of being Creed’s mommy.

Happy Birthday, son!

It seems like just yesterday I was holding you in my arms, and now you’re turning 9 and preparing for 4th grade.

Before I ever knew you, God had already written a purpose, a calling, and a destiny over your life. What a privilege it has been to watch Him reveal it little by little.

I am so proud of the young man you’re becoming, and I can’t wait to see all that God has planned for you.

I love you more than words can express.

How long have you been saying, “I really need to take time for me” …and then never actually doing it?

Sis, what if this is the season you stop pouring from an empty cup?

My sweet boy was suffering from a migraine earlier this evening, and he said the only thing that would make it go away was if I held him. 💜💜

He then fell asleep in my arms.

God blessed me richly when He chose me to be Creed’s mommy.

I’m so grateful. He always makes a BIG deal out of celebrations, whether it’s my birthday or Mother’s Day.

Today, he threw confetti as I walked out of the restroom. 😂 And then he even cleaned up the mess afterward. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I pray these sweet memories never fade away.

Mother’s Day can be beautiful… and painful at the same time. 💜

While many are celebrating today, others are quietly grieving:
• the loss of a mother
• estrangement
• infertility
• miscarriage
• trauma
• emotionally absent parents
• or the loss of a chid

Then I learned that Mother’s Day originally began as a call for PEACE and healing among women, not commercialism. But here we are $25 BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY LATER. 🫤

And maybe that’s what we need more of today:
Compassion. Grace. Tenderness. Understanding.

As followers of Christ, we can celebrate while still making room for those who are hurting.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted…” — Psalm 34:18

If this day feels heavy for you, please know:
You are not forgotten.
You are seen.
You are deeply loved by God. 🤍

And if you are celebrating today, hold your loved ones close and extend kindness to someone carrying silent pain.
