Apparently it’s finally my turn for a POYFA Board Spotlight, so here we go!

As Social Media Director, I get to share all the fun, chaos, milestones, game-day moments, fundraisers, reminders, and behind-the-scenes work that make POYFA what it is. I also serve on the Fundraising and Yearbook Committees, because clearly I don’t know how to just do one thing. 😂

I love getting to celebrate our athletes, coaches, families, and volunteers — and making sure the people who put so much into this program get a little spotlight too.

Meet Nate Engel, our Game Day Operations & Equipment Manager 🧡🖤

Nate helps keep game days running smoothly behind the scenes — from equipment and field setup to making sure everything is where it needs to be so our athletes can take the field ready to go. It’s a big job that takes time, dedication, and a whole lot of teamwork, and we’re thankful for all he does for POYFA!

Meet Jessica Cacoilo, our POYFA Compliance Coordinator! 🧡🖤

Jessica helps make sure our teams, coaches, athletes, and required paperwork stay organized and in compliance throughout the season — from book checks and eligibility requirements to helping ensure everything is ready so our teams can take the field when game day arrives.

It’s one of those behind-the-scenes roles that families may not always see, but it plays a huge part in keeping the organization running smoothly. 🦅

Due to field conditions at Coraci, Saturday’s games have been moved to Spruce Creek High School.

🙌 Let the coaches coach.
🗑️ Clean up after yourselves and your families.
🚭 No smoking or va**ng.
🚗 Please follow all parking and facility rules.
⛺ No tents/canopies are allowed in the grandstands. Unfortunately, POYFA will not be able to set up tents either.
☂️ Umbrellas are allowed, so please plan accordingly for shade and weather.

Stephanie helps make sure our athletes are staying on track off the field, too — monitoring scholastic requirements, helping with eligibility and paperwork, and making sure our student-athletes receive the academic recognition and scholarship opportunities they’ve earned.

Because being a Hawk isn’t just about football and cheer — it’s about supporting our kids in the classroom, on the field, and everywhere in between. 🧡🖤
