What’s one of the best parts of December? The Snow Birds are home and one of my favorite couples is back in the studio! Mal & Louise share a weekly duet session, as well as both coming in individually during the week, creating a well rounded training schedule.

Duets offer a chance to share a session with a friend, a loved one or even meet someone new who digs Pilates as much as you do, all while making private, personalized sessions way more affordable! ❤️

Yesterday Holistic Movements turned 10!! A decade of Pilates, in the blink of an eye.. To all who have come through the door in the last 10 years, THANK YOU! It has been a privilege and a pleasure to teach you and share with you this thing that I love.

“Small, but valuable.” A simple line from the iconic 90s rom-com “You’ve Got Mail,” in which Meg Ryan is describing her life to Tom Hanks via the then newly minted communication form of email. Having recently rewatched the classic, the line stuck out at me, instantly bringing to mind the studio. Small, but valuable. What it may lack in physical space, this studio has more than made up for by what it’s brought into my life, the value it has added. My hope is that it has added something of value to yours as well. To all of you who have come through the door over the last 10 years, whether to simply move your body, to push yourself physically, or for some of you, to try to heal, thank you. It has been a privilege and a pleasure to teach you and share this thing that I love. A decade of pilates, in the blink of an eye. Here’s to the next 10 years, and beyond.
